No Events Allowed: Hosting events or parties is strictly prohibited.
No Smoking, Vaping, or E-cigarettes Allowed: Ensure a healthy and pleasant environment.
Quiet Hours: From 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Respect our neighbors and other guests.
Commercial Photography and Filming Not Allowed: Without prior approval.
Maximum Number of Guests: Four (4) guests only.
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in after 3:00 pm, Check-out before 11:00 am.
Not Suitable for Toddlers Under Five Years Old: The apartment is not childproof.

Please review our Cancellation Policy to understand the terms of refunds and cancellations:

Full Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
50% Refund for Early Cancellation: Cancel 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking.
50% Refund for Mid-Term Cancellation: Cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in.
No Refund: Cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
