Cancellation Policy​

Effective Date: June 1, 2024

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To accommodate such changes, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Full Refund:

   • Guests who cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in will receive a full refund.

2. 50% Refund for Early Cancellation:

   • If a guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they will receive a 50% refund for all nights.

3. 50% Refund for Mid-Term Cancellation:

   • If a guest cancels between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund for all nights.

4. No Refund:

   • If a guest cancels less than 7 days before check-in, no refund will be provided.

 

Important Notes:

• All cancellations must be made through our booking platform or by contacting us directly.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request.

• We recommend that guests consider travel insurance for additional protection against unexpected changes in plans.
